The essentials

AnyQR generates and reads QR codes directly in your browser. The content of your codes (URLs, WiFi passwords, contact details, text) is never sent to our servers; we don't see it and we don't store it. The same goes for images you upload to the scanner and whatever your camera captures: they're processed locally on your device.

We don't require registration, there are no accounts, and we don't collect personal data to use the tool.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, anonymous metrics (page views, country, device type). It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify individuals.

Advertising

AnyQR is funded by advertising. When Google AdSense ads are shown, Google and its partners may use cookies to personalize them depending on your region and settings. You can manage ad preferences in your Google account settings and in the consent prompt shown where required by law. Learn more at Google's privacy policies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

What we store on your device

Only your language preference, in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask again. You can remove it by clearing the site's data.
